Coulee School- Volunteer Notice
As we begin to plan for the 2024 edition of Eric Harvie Coulee School, we wanted to provide as much notice as possible so that parents are able to make plans. We recognize that Coulee School does require a fair number of parent volunteers and we wanted to The “official” call for volunteers will come out at a later date. Thank you for your ongoing support.
Coulee school will occur June 3rd-6th.
Growing Smiles Spring Campaign 
The Eric Harvie School Enhancement Society is excited to present the Spring Growing Smiles plant sale. This year there are some new options as well as popular ones from past years.
Orders can be placed from April 9th until April 29th 2024.
Please either use the link below or the QR code to see options and place orders
Payment can be made either by credit card, or e-transfer (no password needed). Pick up for orders will be May 15th and 16th. Sign up for your pick-up window at time of order. Profits from this fundraiser are used to fund educational resources and experiences for our school.

Run Club and Eric Harvie Fun Run!
During the month of May, we invite student to join us on Thursdays during lunch recess for Run Club! This is a drop-in club, designed to get students to be active and get excited about running! We suggest students bring their water bottle and come in comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for running on the school field.
As a wrap up, we would like to extend an invitation to all students and families of Eric Harvie to join us in a fun run on May 24 at 8:15 am. Students will be running and/or walking during our Ignite time together as a whole school! We are also looking for volunteers to help facilitate the run. 2024-2025-School Year
As we prepare for the next school year and look at class configurations and also adding Grade 5, it would be helpful to know if your child will not be returning to Eric Harvie School for the next school year.
Unless we hear otherwise we will assume your child will be attending EHS for the School next school year.
Please email Josie Cesario at jccesario@cbe.ab.ca if your child(ren) will not be returning next year. We appreciate your assistance with our planning.

You do not need to hold a position to attend the meetings or to suggest ideas for our school and to help us make the best decisions on how to spend the fundraising dollars! Council meetings are an important way to stay connected with your school, share what's important to your family, and help us brainstorm ideas and activities for events and fundraising dollars!
