Should you require any assistance in accessing your account please call the office or email jccesario@cbe.ab.ca directly. Alternatively you may visit the office to pay your fees where we can accept debit or credit card payments.

Volunteer Tea Musicians and Information

We are so grateful to all of our volunteers here at Eric Harvie. We could not do the amazing things we do without you.  The staff and students would love to celebrate you on Thursday, May 30th from 2:00-3:00.  More information will be coming to you through email. 

We are looking for students who play an instrument or sing who would be willing to perform for the volunteers.  If your student is interested please email Mrs. Coulson at jabaine@cbe.ab.ca for more information.  We are looking for 12 to 15 student performers.  

Coulee School- Volunteer Notice

As we begin to plan for the 2024 edition of Eric Harvie Coulee School, we wanted to provide as much notice as possible so that parents are able to make plans.  We recognize that Coulee School does require a fair number of parent volunteers and we wanted to The “official” call for volunteers will come out at a later date. Thank you for your ongoing support.

Coulee school will occur June 3rd-6th.

Run Club and Eric Harvie Fun Run!

During the month of May, we invite student to join us on Thursdays during lunch recess for Run Club! This is a drop-in club, designed to get students to be active and get excited about running! We suggest students bring their water bottle and come in comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for running on the school field.

As a wrap up, we would like to extend an invitation to all students and families of Eric Harvie to join us in a fun run on May 24 at 8:15 am. Students will be running and/or walking during our Ignite time together as a whole school! We are also looking for volunteers to help facilitate the run. 2024-2025-School Year

As we prepare for the next school year and look at class configurations and also adding Grade 5, it would be helpful to know if your child will not be returning to Eric Harvie School for the next school year. 

Unless we hear otherwise we will assume your child will be attending EHS for the  School next school year. 

Please email Josie Cesario at jccesario@cbe.ab.ca  if your child(ren) will not be returning next year. We appreciate your assistance with our planning.
