Grade 1-5 Celebration of Learning - Save the Date

We will be having an opportunity for our grade 1 - 5 learners to share some of their learning with families on Friday, June 19th from 1:00 - 2:30 pm. It will be a “drop-in” type of event where we hope you are able to stop in and see some of the great learning your child has done throughout the past few months. We will be sharing full details closer to the date and we hope as many families as possible will be able to attend.

Yellow School Bus Registration - Deadline is June 14

More Information

Families are now able to apply for yellow school bus service for the 2026-27 school year.  Registration must be received by the deadline to ensure students are added to routes for the first day of classes next year. Learn more about service levels and proposed fees.

Camp Runamok - Grade 4 and 5 Musical

We had two awesome performances of the Grade 4/5 Musical, Camp Runamok, yesterday! The learners all demonstrated great performance skills (and some slick dance moves) as part of the full group, and the solos and acting roles demonstrated dedication and commitment to their parts! We are very thankful for Mrs. Coulson in leading this opportunity for these learners and for all the other teachers that helped to support. Thank you for coming and watching and to all our grade 4 and 5 students…excellent work!

Coulee School - June 1-5

We are preparing to embark on another set of adventures in learning during Coulee School 2026, during the week of June 1-5. For those of you that are new to Eric Harvie School, this has become a tradition where we spend a considerable amount of time during the week learning outdoors in our beloved, local Twelve Mile Coulee area. We are looking for volunteers to be able to hike and learn alongside us to help ensure we have a safe and memorable week of learning. Classroom teachers will be sharing plans with families soon about what types of learning activities will be happening during each class's learning adventures.

Thank you in advance for your time in volunteering, for ensuring your child is prepared for the weather and for providing lots of snacks and a water bottle. Looking forward to seeing all the learning in the Coulee!

Grade 5 Farewell

Dear Grade 5 Parents,

As we prepare and plan for the Eric Harvie School Grade 5 Farewell trip to Calaway Park on Monday, June 22nd, we are asking families to let us know if their child already has a 2026 Annual Pass.

If your child has a 2026 Calaway Park Annual Pass, please reply to ehsfunlunch@gmail.com  with your child’s first and last name as soon as possible.

Also, if you are able to volunteer or are considering volunteering for the event and you also have a 2026 Annual Pass, please let us know in your reply.

Please note that additional information, permission forms, and trip letters will be sent home in early June.

Thank you for your help and cooperation!

Sincerely,

Your EHS Grade 5 Farewell Committee
