Camp Runamok - Grade 4 and 5 Musical
The grade 4 and 5 students have been working hard to bring their summer camp experience to you May 28th. There will be two performances, 1:00 and 5:30. It will be helpful if you can spread your guests among the two performances.
Please bring your students to the school at 5:15 for the evening performance. When they arrive they will be going to their classrooms. At the end of the performance they can be picked up in their classrooms or be brought to the front doors for parents not attending the evening concert. It is important that all students possible attend the evening.
Coulee School - June 1-5
We are preparing to embark on another set of adventures in learning during Coulee School 2026, during the week of June 1-5. For those of you that are new to Eric Harvie School, this has become a tradition where we spend a considerable amount of time during the week learning outdoors in our beloved, local Twelve Mile Coulee area. We are looking for volunteers to be able to hike and learn alongside us to help ensure we have a safe and memorable week of learning. Classroom teachers will be sharing plans with families soon about what types of learning activities will be happening during each classes learning adventures.
We are going to try an initial form this year to gather times that work well for you as a volunteer. We will share this with Teachers for them to finalize their plans and then they will confirm a time for you to come and support your child and the class. Please add all times that are available for you on the form - teachers will be confirming with you what times to come closer to the date.
If you have a completed Volunteer Clearance process and are able to help during this week, please complete this form: Coulee School Volunteer Support - June 2026 – Collaboration
Thank you in advance for your time! Looking forward to seeing you in the Coulee!
Grade 5 Farewell
Dear Grade 5 Parents,
As we prepare and plan for the Eric Harvie School Grade 5 Farewell trip to Calaway Park on Monday, June 22nd, we are asking families to let us know if their child already has a 2026 Annual Pass.
If your child has a 2026 Calaway Park Annual Pass, please reply to ehsfunlunch@gmail.com with your child’s first and last name as soon as possible.
Also, if you are able to volunteer or are considering volunteering for the event and you also have a 2026 Annual Pass, please let us know in your reply.
Please note that additional information, permission forms, and trip letters will be sent home in early June.
Thank you for your help and cooperation!
Sincerely,
Your EHS Grade 5 Farewell Committee

Please email Josie Cesario at jccesario@cbe.ab.ca if your child(ren) will not be returning next year. We appreciate your assistance with our planning.
